§ 10-4101. DUMPING OF WASTE.

No person shall place, deposit, or dump, or cause to be placed, deposited, or dumped, any waste matter, including but not limited to, garbage, swill, cans, bottles, papers, plastic, ashes, refuse, carcass of any dead animal, offal, dung, silt, mud, garden trimmings, vehicles or any parts thereof, trash, rubbish, or any noisome, nauseous, or offensive matter in or on any County highway, including any portion of the right-of-way.

This Section does not apply to littering as defined under State Law.
