§ 10-5000. DEFINITION: COUNTY HIGHWAY.

As used in this chapter, the term "county highway" shall be as defined in Section 25 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California and shall include all or any part of the entire width of the right-of-way, whether or not the entire area is actually used for highway purposes.
