§ 11-1602. PARKING.

  • (a)

    No person shall park a Motor Vehicle on the Airport in an area requiring payment for parking unless he pays the required amount, or park a Motor Vehicle in such a manner as to occupy parts of two (2) marked spaces.

    (b)

    No person shall abandon a Motor Vehicle on the Airport.

    (c)

    No person shall park or stand a Motor Vehicle at any place on the Airport in violation of any sign or pavement marking posted by the Airport Director.

    (d)

    No person shall park or stand a Motor Vehicle within fifteen (15′) feet of a fire hydrant on the Airport.

    (e)

    No person shall park a Motor Vehicle in the Air Operations Area or in any aircraft tie-down area unless authorized by the Airport Director. Owners or operators of Aircraft stored in a hangar on the Airport may park the Motor Vehicle used to access the Aircraft in the aircraft hangar while using the Aircraft.

    (f)

    No person shall park a Motor Vehicle on the Airport anywhere other than on a hard surfaced area that has been designated for parking by the Airport Director.

    (g)

    The Airport Director or his agent may remove, at the owner's expense, any vehicle parked on the Airport in violation of this title, and the vehicle shall be subject to a lien for the cost of removal.
