§ 11-1605. RECKLESS OPERATION.

(a)

No person shall operate a Motor Vehicle on the Airport in a negligent or reckless manner or in excess of twenty-five (25) miles per hour or as otherwise posted.

(b)

No person shall operate a Motor Vehicle in the Air Operations Area in a negligent or reckless manner or in excess of fifteen (15) miles per hour.
