§ 2-7302. BOARD TO JUDGE DISPUTES.

In case of dispute, the Board, after hearing the report and recommendation of the District Attorney, shall be the sole judge of the party or parties, if any, entitled to receive any reward, and the total reward paid for any one offense or series of offenses shall not exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200).
