Section 108.1 of Chapter One (1) of the California Fire Code, 2016 Edition is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 108.1 Board of Appeals Established:
The San Joaquin County Building Board of Appeals, as created by Section 8-1010, Chapter 1, Building Board of Appeals, Division 1, Building - Standards of Title
8 of the Ordinance Code of San Joaquin County will determine the suitability of alternate
materials and types of construction, and to provide a reasonable interpretation of
the provisions of this Code as previously adopted by San Joaquin County Ordinance
Number 4445, December 10, 2013.
