§ 4-1052. FINDINGS BY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS.

The San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors hereby finds that weeds and rubbish, as defined in this chapter, on lots or parcels, or the public rights-of-way within the unincorporated portions of the county, including any fire protection district, constitute a public nuisance and are a fire hazard and may be abated as provided by this chapter.
