§ 4-7508. RATES.

(a)

The allowable rates that the holder of a competitively granted exclusive permit may charge for providing emergency service shall be established as part of the competitive process and incorporated into the contract described in Section 4-7303.

(b)

The Board of Supervisors may set by resolution the emergency rates that all other ground ambulance permittees may charge for providing emergency service.

(c)

The Board of Supervisors may set by resolution the emergency rates that air ambulance permittees may charge for providing emergency service or may approve the rate structure submitted by an air ambulance permittee.
