§ 5-2200. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.

  • Except as otherwise provided by this division, no person shall collect or transport solid waste within the unincorporated area of San Joaquin County without having first entered into a contract for solid waste collection with the County or without lawfully possessing a valid collector's license, in addition to any otherwise required business license, from the County to collect or transport solid waste.
