§ 5-2301. FARMS AND SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES.

The owner or tenant of any farm or single-family residence collecting and transporting solid waste entirely from such premises shall not be required to have a commercial/industrial solid waste collection license, but shall comply with all other applicable provisions of this division and with the applicable rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this division.
