§ 5-2700. PROHIBITIONS.

Wherever a solid waste site has been established and owned by the County, it shall be unlawful for any person using said site to refuse to obey the signs posted at said site by order of the Board or the Director of Public Works, as authorized by Section 5-2703, or to refuse to obey the directions of the employees or agents on duty at said site, or to obstruct any of the driveways or passageways that may be provided for the transporting and unloading of solid waste at said site.
