§ 5-5001. LABOR CAMP PERMIT FEES.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 2022(b) of Title 25 of the California Administrative Code, fees for inspections or permits issued pursuant to this Division may be set by resolution of the Board of Supervisors or the Board of Trustees of the San Joaquin Local Health District as directed by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
