§ 6-7005.

IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL for any person to do anything to any drainage ditch, water course, channel or conduit carrying storm or drainage water that will in any manner obstruct or interfere with the flow of water through such ditches, water courses, channels or conduits unless a permit to do so has been obtained from the County Road Commissioner.
