§ 6-7009. PENALTIES.

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a term not exceeding 100 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
