§ 6-8000. BURIALS.

It shall be unlawful for any cemetery association, corporation sole, public entity, or other person owning or controlling cemetery lands or property to bury human remains with less than eighteen (18) inches of ground cover over the burial container. Any mound extending above the surrounding ground level shall not be considered in determining compliance with the requirements of this section.
