§ 2-7004. DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES: MERIT SYSTEM EMPLOYEES.

Any violation of this chapter or the rules and regulations adopted pursuant hereto by a County officer or employee included in the merit system of this County shall subject the officer or employee to the disciplinary procedures provided by section 2-5004, and the rules and regulations adopted by the Civil Service Commission pursuant thereto.
